Our Engineering Department's CAD software includes Moldflow MPI, Solidworks, and Mastercam X4. But we don't stop there; our IT Department works closely with the engineering team to monitor and assess the latest software and hardware available, integrating the best-of-breed solutions for our clients. New developments in CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) as well as CNC machining (Computer Numerically Controlled) and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) enable our tooling engineers to tackle even the most complicated product designs.

So, we can effectively work with you to design and manufacture products that provide the precision optics you require regardless of your project's scope or design guides, including:

Using solid modeling software program, Solidworks, we develop 3-dimensional visualizations of products; helping to identify and address design flaws prior to actual processing. Engineering can then optimize variables for maximized performance and efficiency.
